Once you are a member of The Estate Vault, you will automatically be enrolled in the InRoomMD Travel Healthcare Concierge Program. You will receive a Member Services Agreement directly from InRoomMD. The Member Services Agreement includes all the information you need to access any of the available services during the length of your membership. The Member Services Agreement outlines exactly how to access the program's services (e.g. who to call, what information you need to provide, and the procedures of each service).
If you need to access any provided service, all you do is contact the InRoomMD Customer Care Center at 866-909-7666 24-hours-a-day, 365 days per year. A Concierge Service Representative will answer your call, verify that you are an active Member for the dates you are requesting care, and contact the appropriate on-call medical provider. A physician will contact you directly at no additional cost to you (generally within 15 minutes of calling), review your situation and assist you with the appropriate needed care.
The only cost to you for any of the provided InRoomMD Travel Healthcare ConciergeTM services is the cost of your Estate Vault membership fee and the reasonable fees for the medical care provided.
Physician telephone consultations are performed nationwide in the U.S. House call visits and other InRoomMD services are available in InRoomMD Markets of Operation.
